storyboards

  1. I'm excited for this one. Should be hilarious! :D

You probably know already, but just make sure to establish the value of the car to the man when he first finds it. He's probably extremely excited to get a hold of anything, let alone a car, and if we see how much it means to him in the beginning, his eventual loss will be that more impacting.

Also, any idea what the final look is gonna be like? Your trademark minimalist style? The storyboards have an interesting style of their own, but I figured that they were just roughs for the purpose of boarding, not the actual style of the film. Look forward to seeing what's coming!

  2. Awesome. Your mastery of dry humour always gets me. Your boards make me think of a vintage styled, suburban piece! Like Terry Gilliam's Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. Is that the style?

Compositions are great, hope to see more refinement and clearer camera movements/shots.

  3. I'm super pumped for this, I think it sounds really good. The only thing I have to say is that the phone obv wouldn't keep working once ripped from the wall. If you want the disbelief thats totally cool and works for me, if not, maybe after that fails, he could grab a kids juke box or something.

Also perhaps show him trying another song first and it not working...
